Fast-paced vinyasa for when you have energy to burn. Move with your breath, work up a sweat, and use your body the way it's meant to move. High-energy days need high-energy outlets.

Soft

Restorative and yin practices for depleted bodies. Slow stretches, long holds, deep rest. When you're running on empty, this is what actually helps - not another workout disguised as recovery.

Intuitive, music-driven movement. No rigid sequences - just you and whatever your body wants to explore right now. Fluid, creative, and entirely yours to lead.
