I’ve been there too

I spent years ignoring my body—pushing through exhaustion, dismissing pain, convincing myself I just needed more discipline. I taught yoga, worked in women's health advocacy, knew all the "right" things to do. And still, I couldn't listen to my own signals. It took chronic migraines and an endometriosis diagnosis to realize: I wasn't failing. I was just doing exactly what wellness culture taught me.
