Welcome to Sweaty & Soulful. By accessing or using our website, membership portal, or any related services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing any content on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Membership Access & Cancellation

Sweaty & Soulful offers monthly and annual membership subscriptions. Your membership grants access to the class library, resources, and any additional member benefits active during your billing period.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until that date.

3. Coaching Programs

Sweaty & Soulful offers coaching programs separately from membership. Coaching is a personalized service and operates under the following terms:

Coaching programs are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Session details, frequency, and program length will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement, which forms part of these terms.

Coaching provided by Sweaty & Soulful is health and wellness coaching only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or nutritional therapy. Kat Reyes is not a licensed medical professional. Coaching is not a replacement for professional medical care and should not be treated as such.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a late cancellation fee as outlined in your coaching agreement. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Coaching packages are non-transferable. Refunds on coaching packages are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once sessions have commenced.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly memberships are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase if no content has been accessed. After 14 days, or once content has been accessed, annual memberships are non-refundable. Founding member pricing is non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve it.

5. Class Library & Content Use

All content within the membership portal — including video classes, guides, worksheets, and downloadable resources — is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any content without prior written permission. Screen recording or downloading of video content is strictly prohibited.

Content availability may change over time. Classes and resources may be added, updated, or removed at our discretion.

6. Health Disclaimer

All content provided by Sweaty & Soulful — including movement classes, educational materials, coaching programs, and wellness resources — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new movement or wellness practice, particularly if you have an existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant. By participating in any class or program, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risk and that you are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion. Sweaty & Soulful is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of this platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and programming on this platform are the property of Sweaty & Soulful and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use this platform respectfully and not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the functioning of our services or the experience of other members.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using this service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which Sweaty & Soulful operates.
