  • A free 30-minute conversation to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re working towards, and what coaching could look like for you. No pressure, no pitch - just an honest conversation. You’ll leave with clarity either way.

  • Therapy explores the past and supports mental health treatment. Coaching works with where you are right now and where you want to go — goals, habits and building practical tools for your everyday life. If you’re already seeing a therapist, coaching can sit alongside that without any conflict.

  • That’s actually exactly why coaching exists. It’s not another program to follow - it’s figuring out why the other things didn’t stick, what allowed you to have success in the past, and building something that actually fits your life.

  • Packages start at $300. The more you commit upfront, the lower your per-session rate. We also offer a limited number of income-based scholarships each quarter — if cost is a barrier, mention it when you reach out, and we'll discuss it on your discovery call.

  • There’s no universal timeline- and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Most clients notice shifts in energy, awareness, and how they respond to stress within the first few sessions. But this isn’t about before-and-afters. It’s about building something sustainable that actually works for your daily life.
